Create a new Vehicle. Provided a Vehicle object in the request body. Create a vehicle with those properties Vehicle is initialized with a predetermined initial Vehicle.idStatus based on the tenant/division in which the Vehicle will be created. The creation of a vehicle will also attempt to bind the vehicle to a Vdr resource. If the Vehicle.dlSerial property of the requested vehicle is present. A request to create the binding will be formed.
